Online counseling is a safe way to get effective help for you or someone you know. If you’re not sure, submit the free inquiry form in any of the services below. Due to the high volume, career counseling questions for students will not be answered.

Receive 15 minutes worth of counseling with personalized questions, one counseling email, and a short concluding email.

Quick Counseling

If you’ve chosen this service**:

  1. I send you an e-mail asking for more detailed information about your situation.
  2. You send the additional information.
  3. I send you a full counseling e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your e-mail.
  4. You send your response to the counseling email with your thoughts, feelings, and comments, as well as the results of any exercises.
  5. Steps 3 and 4 are repeated.
  6. I send you a concluding e-mail within 48 hours.

Regular Counseling

For relationship issues or if you want more in depth understanding.

Receive 60 minutes worth of counseling with personalized questions, 4 counseling emails, and a short concluding email.

Counseling fee - $55

  2. You send the additional information.

Extensive Counseling

For when you are in a difficult situation, want relationship counseling (for one or two people), or a more comprehensive session.

Receive 2 hours worth of counseling with personalized questions, 8 counseling emails, and a short concluding email.

If you’ve chosen this service**:

  2. You send the additional information.
  3. I send you a full counseling e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your e-mail.
  4. You send your response to the counseling email with your thoughts, feelings, and comments, as well as the results of any exercises.
  5. Steps 3 and 4 are repeated seven more times.
  6. I send you a concluding e-mail within 48 hours.

For relationship counseling with two people, the session is shared, resulting in each of you sending an initial email describing how you see the situation. The counseling responses are individual emails for both of you to read and learn from.

Unlimited Counseling for One Month

For those who prefer a freer back and forth style of in-depth communication.

Receive interactive counseling starting with personalized questions and unlimited counseling emails for one month.

  5. I guarantee a response within 48 hours, but I usually respond the same day or the next morning.
